Sequences real time art festival is an artist run biennial held in Reykjavík, Iceland. The aim of the festival is to produce and present progressive visual art. Founding members of and responsible for Sequences are Kling & Bang galleri (est. 2003), the Living Art Museum (est. 1978) and the Icelandic Art Center. Sequences is a non-profit organisation.

Ívar Glói Gunnarsson Breiðfjörð’s solo show opens in the Green Room,  Reykjavík Art Museum.
Please note, from 17:00 until 18:00 the show is only accessible from the entrance on the east side of the museum.


17:00 – 20:00
Opening piece by Þóranna Björnsdóttir at the Marshallhouse.
Openings of the exhibitions a) at Kling & Bang an b) at the Living Art Museum.
Also, exhibition of drawings by honorary artist Kristinn G. Harðarson at the restaurant La Primavera, Marshallhouse.

Light dinner on festival offer at Coocoo’s Nest / Lúna FLórens, Grandagarður (next to Open).


21:00 – 23:00
Pétur Már Gunnarsson’s solo show opens at Open.


23:00 – 01:00
Opening party at Slippbarinn, Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina.
