Hrund Atladóttir

Graduated from the Gerrit Reiveld Academie in 2008 from the department of sound and vision. Her work revolves around time and nature. It can be a timeline taking place inside a video, the video might be projected onto a large building or taking place inside VR glasses that change the viewer himself into a sculpture. The timeline can be a light that changes the human biorhythm within the viewers own body.  She has been a active member in the Icelandic environmental scene focusing on protecting the Icelandic wilderness. She works and lives in Reykjavik but has shown in galleries and museums around the world,  New York, Japan, Europe and the Carribean.
