Brák Jónsdóttir (b. 1996) is an Icelandic visual artist, who lives and works in Hörgársveit, northern Iceland. Her work explores themes from prehistory to imagined futures, narrating fictional events that breathe life into extinct creatures and otherworldly beings. Bridging gaps of knowledge with imagined mythologies, she creates totemic installations rooted in sculpture, delving into the tension between the artificial and the natural.
